The jacket I received from you was even nicer than I anticipated. I have researched your firm for almost 2 years and was confident you would be the best place to buy a quality motorcycle jacket, and I was right! The leather is heavy and of excellent quality and the coat fits well with a great style. Your advice that it runs a bit small made sure the coat I ordered fit. You can not even begin to imagine the day I have had but.........we have the jacket and it fits perfectly!!!!!!   I had to drive for an hour and half to get to the Fedex depot and back to pick up the package. They had it ready and waiting for me. So I throw the box on the floor and start heading for home. Gas prices are cheap today so while I am waiting for my tank to be filled I decide to open the package and check it out. As I pull the jakcet from the box I notice a - 3XL - sticker  on the outside of the plastic wrap. I quickly check the tag on the coat to find that it also reads - 3XL. I almost had a heartattack on the spot as my order was for an - XL - !!!!!! I have no idea what I am going to say when I get home. It looks like I have gone to all this trouble today to be in possession of a jacket that will be WAY TOO BIG.
 
When I got home my husband came out to meet me. My first response was "You are not going to f***ing believe it!" We pulled it out of the packaging anyways and he tried it on to find that it fit just like an XL. We can only assume that it had been tagged incorrectly because my hubby is not that big a guy.

 So.....in the end the good guys win (ha ha) and Norm is now set to ride out of here tomorrow morning. Still not sure how this all worked out but glad it did.
 
 Thanks again for all your trouble. I will send the extra money you requested, right away.

Just received our leather jackets.  I've looked all over the place and checked out many a jacket and I must say, the jackets we received were comparable or better than those we looked at that cost $100 to $200 more.  The leather quality was very exceptional, thick but soft.  I compared it to another classic jacket I have from Z**and the quality is very obvious, although the Z** jacket is very heavy duty, the liner quality is very different and the leather is a lot stiffer

It was worth the wait, if you could call it that, 6 days, but hey, we live all the way out in Hawaii . 

I'll definitely take more early, early morning rides now so I can use this jacket.

Also, Kent, you were great at following up with the order and I recommend to everyone to work with you and your company to get a very high quality product that I would guarantee to be exactly, if not more, what people want in a leather jacket. Thank you !!! John 4/6/2004

i just wanted to say how impressed i was with everything about my order. i ordered the rose leather jacket for my wife for christmas.. the coat was better looking in real life than the picture even. and it is a heavy, high quality jacket that i was very impressed with. it is a really sharp jacket. also, as for shipping it, i was very worried that i

I just thought I'd tell you only because I'm truly amazed.  My chaps were sitting at my doorstep Saturday morning!  That's less than 24 hours.  I can't see how they could get on a truck and get up here and delivered virtually the same day. They fit great.  Maybe a little tight in the thigh.  But I'd rather have leather fit tighter than looser.
Thanks again and maybe I'll be ordering pants soon.  Are the pants and chaps naked leather?

First off, let me say how happy I am with the jacket.  I was really scared to buy over the internet without seeing the jacket in person, but this jacket was better than I could hope for.  Thanks.  I'm really relieved because there is nowhere within 50 miles that had jackets that I liked.  And believe me when I say I tried.  Even my wife was impressed with it (and she hates my bike)!
The Medium Gauntlet gloves are perfect - I think they probably fit better than the larges would have.  So don't worry about any exchange.  The free half gloves were not stitched completely around the thumb, but I don't need any others - I already have summer gloves that I wear otherwise. You may want to indicate on the chaps for people to buy larger than measured.  I measured myself at 28" with jeans (and double checked today), but the XXL are still really tight.  I can't even start to zip them while sitting - I have to stand up to get them started.  Admittedly, I have really large legs but they were even really tight below the knees.  But again, don't worry about an exchange - they should work out.
Again, thanks for the jacket, chaps, gloves, and face mask.  I'm really happy with them overall.

just purchased my first (not my last) motorcycle jacket from DLM and although I was sent the wrong item the first time, I was able to make one call and 2 days later I had the correct jacket in my hands. I cant believe I could get a leather motorcycle jacket for such a great deal and the quality be so high.

I was on vacation last week (Branson, MO) and rode through the Ozarks (in the rain) !!! When I got home Friday, there was my rainsuit!  It looks great and fits nice too.  I haven't tried it on yet with my chaps, but I think it will be great in the winter to provide a wind block.  I'm looking forward to trying it out - rain or not !!
