Exhanges: Parts

General

 

Inspect all items immediately upon receipt for damage or fitness of use. You may return the part within 15 days of receipt, if the part you ordered did not fit your bike. If you installed the part on your bike, it is no longer available for return or exchange. Sorry. All returns MUST be in the manufacturers original packaging and must be in NEW, resalable condition. Items that do not meet this will not be exchanged or refunded. No Exceptions.

 

Electronics: Electronic items, such as blinkers or special lighting may not be returned for exchange or refund.

 

Exhaust must be inspected carefully for dings, scratches and blemishes in the chrome BEFORE installation. Once installed, the exhaust are no longer returned for refund or exchange.

Exchange Helmets

 

Just like any other apparel, we realize that you can not try on helmets, so fit may be an issue. Helmets, due to liability, may only be exchanged within 6 days of receipt. The helmet MUST have all tags and label attached, and be in NEW condition. No helmet will be accepted with missing tags, missing labels or labels that are reattached in a different position than new. These rules are for your protection as well as the next purchaser of the helmet.
